Shortlisted candidates move into interviews. This can range from 2-3 conversations depending on your fit with the company and possible functions. Your home function is decided through a mix of your interests, interview performance, and business needs.

Yes. It is a paid, one-year, full-time role at Mosaic Wellness, not an internship, course or training programme.
Yes. You receive salary slips and documentation for one year of full-time professional experience. Individual colleges and institutions may apply their own eligibility rules.
You join one home function and build depth there for the year. It is not a rotation programme, though you may work with other teams when the problem requires it.
Functions may include Category, Analytics, CEO’s Office, NPD, Supply Chain, Content, Tech, Finance, HR, Marketplace, Revenue, Customer Experience and Brand Marketing.
Through a combination of your interests, interview performance and current business needs. Your function is confirmed before you accept the offer.
Recent graduates, master’s students and early-career professionals can apply. You do not need prior work experience.
No. Your background gives us context, but the way you think and build carries more weight.
Research Mosaic → Builder Round → 2–3 interviews → Offer. Function matching happens during the interview stage.
You choose a live problem statement and spend about a week working through it using AI as a tool, not the brain. We look at how you understand the customer and business context, make choices, use AI and defend your approach.
The Fellowship is based in Thane, Mumbai. Fellows generally work from the office five days a week, with flexible hours and WFH when needed.
The Fellowship pays ₹8 LPA. Fellows are currently engaged on a contract basis and receive salary slips, health insurance, free therapy coverage, employee-equivalent leave and 50% off Mosaic products. PF is not currently included.
Conversion is possible, but not automatic. It depends on your performance and available business opportunities. In the last cohort, five of seven eligible Fellows moved into full-time roles.
Around 20 Fellows, each working within a home function while learning and building alongside the wider cohort.
